from manufacturing defects and will repair or replace at their option any defective items.
Should you feel that your product has a manufacturing defect, please retain your original receipt and email us at Executivek9@comcast.net
How to Care for your Equipment:
1. Clean Equipment by rubbing leather cleaner into the leather with a damp cloth.
2. Use an additional damp cloth to wipe away lather.
3. Polish with dry cloth
4. Once dry apply leather conditioner
5. Repeat as needed.
6. Keep dry.
* Limitations, Terms, and Conditions:
This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Executive K9 will correct such defects in materials and workmanship by, at its
option, (i) repairing or replacing any defective or damaged part(s), or (ii) providing a replacement product (or a similar product if the original type is not
available) This guarantee excludes damage due to:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Cuts/scratches/ Deliberate or negligent damage or abuse including but not limited to chewing
c. Damage caused by failure to observe the cleaning and care instructions carefully or improper storage
d. Damage caused by acts of God, water damage or abuse, misuse, or abnormal use
e. Non-functional and decorative parts or Aesthetic variations including but not limited to color variations
f. Repairs not carried out by Executive K-9 or alterations to product
The guarantee does not apply to any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss or profits, loss, damage, or costs
associated with business interruption, or other damages due to loss or damage to product. Executive K9 reserves the right to examine failed product to
determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage.
THIS GUARANTEE SETS FORTH THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR CLAIMS BASED ON DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF PRODUCTS WHETHER THE
CLAIM IS IN CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THE FOREGOING
GUARANTEES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. NO IMPLIED
OR EXPRESS WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY.
